I spent twenty years in high-stakes environments learning how to build excellence in chaos.
I recruited for Goldman Sachs, Meta, and Google. I built my own recruiting firm from scratch in 2007, had a phenomenal first year, then watched the 2008 financial crisis turn it to dust.
From 25 employees to 5. Soho offices with crushing overhead and no money. Most people would have walked away.
I got back out there.
I rebuilt. I sold. Then Brexit tanked the deal the same day. I negotiated myself free - not unscathed, but on my terms.
Along the way: torn ACL, jiu-jitsu for discipline (I'm a brown belt now), my mother's stroke and eventual loss.
Then business school, where students kept asking, "Could you just do this for me?"
I stepped into the yes.
